Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the product must be damaged or incorrect in size or style. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the product and receive approval via email before returning the item. Please specify the reason for the return and provide the invoice number. If the product was mistakenly ordered, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

We do not offer cash refunds for returned products. Instead, you will receive a credit for the same amount. The returned item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Please note that we do not refund postage costs for returns or exchanges, unless there was an error on our end.
